Most of us have had a goal, something we declared to the world or 
only to our closest friends, or something we kept to ourselves. Maybe 
it wasn't a goal at all. Maybe it was a secret desire, something we 
wanted and were afraid to go for: something that involved risk. 

If you are holding a $1 bill and you see that someone on the other 
side of the room is willing to give you $100, you must take the first 
step, and let go of the dollar bill to grasp the $100 bill. There 
will be a point of insecurity between the time you let go of the dollar 
and the time you grasp the $100 bill. Letting go involves risk....
