Selfless giving requires a significant personal sacrifice on our 
part.  Listening to a friend who is immersed in grief, admitting 
that we are wrong, or otherwise doing something that we don't want 
to do is selfless giving.  Selfless giving might not always feel 
good.  In fact, it can be extremely difficult or uncomfortable.  
When we give of ourselves we are giving something that no one else 
can give.
